Estate Planning Consultation

SCHEDULE YOUR ESTATE PLANNING CONSULTATION

Estate planning is how you decide who speaks for you if you cannot speak for yourself, and who receives what you have built. Without those documents in place, those decisions fall to a court and to whichever family members show up. Whether you are putting a plan together for the first time or updating one you signed years ago, we help you get it in writing while the choice is still yours.

During your estate planning consultation, we will talk through your family, your property, and what you want to happen — then explain which documents fit your situation. That may include a will, a trust, a Medical Power of Attorney, a Durable Power of Attorney, a HIPAA Authorization, a Directive to Physicians, or a Declaration of Guardian. We will explain what each one does, what it does not do, and what the process looks like from here.

Please complete the form below to request an estate planning consultation. We will review your information and contact you as soon as possible. You can also reach us at (346) 344-2007.
